DELIVERY INFORMATION

Our aim is to ensure all customers are completely satisfied with their purchase and user journey. Orders placed online for UK delivery are usually delivered within 3 - 6 working days via Standard Delivery. We also offer an Express Delivery option where your order will usually be delivered within 2-3 working days (please note that this does not include weekends or bank holidays as working days). Please allow up to 14 working days for custom made bats and our ‘ready to play’ service.

Shipping within mainland UK is via a next day service, and this is usually facilitated by Parcelforce and other local shippers. Overseas orders are delivered via internationally reputed couriers, and in normal circumstances will be delivered within 7 - 14 days of dispatch.

YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION

Confirmation of your order will be sent to you via E-mail. Once your order is collected, you will be notified of tracking details via text or email. Please be aware that the courier may need you to sign for the package, so you may wish for goods to be sent to your place of work.

UK SHIPPING FEES

All orders are delivered by courier in the UK, with goods usually delivered 3 - 6 working days after your order has been placed. Delivery prices are as follows.

·          UK (Mainland) Standard: £9.99 for orders that include cricket bats, pads and kit bags.

·          UK (Mainland) Express: £16.99 for fast delivery, use our express service to receive your order within 2 - 3 working days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FEES

We regularly ship our bats all over the world, with the USA, Australia, Dubai and South Africa being popular destinations. All of our international shipping is by courier and orders are usually delivered within 7 - 14 working days.
