Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Be in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

  • Intimate or sanitary products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software

  • Selected health and personal care products

Proof of Purchase

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds (Where Applicable)

Partial refunds may be issued for:

  • Books showing clear signs of use

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records

  • Items returned damaged, missing parts, or not in original condition (not due to our error)

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t appeared:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card provider

  3. Contact your bank (processing delays are common)

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts

  • If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is received.

  • If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

How to Return an Item

Before returning any item, please email us to confirm your return and receive instructions.
We aim to make every return process as smooth as possible.

Free Shipping Adjustments

If your original order qualified for free shipping (e.g. orders over £500) and a return reduces the order below that threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • If refunded, return shipping costs may be deducted from the total

For items valued over £20, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure safe delivery and provide proof of arrival.
